The Corporate Compliance team is seeking a highly motivated Compliance Engineer with expertise in ICT technologies and regulatory compliance—particularly focused on Indonesian regulations and certification processes.

Your Impact:

This position is based in Jakarta and requires direct support of compliance-related tasks for the Indonesian market.

Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with local regulators and stakeholdersMonitor and engage in the development of technical regulations; evaluate potential impact and communicate updates to internal Business Units (BUs)Support product compliance activities, including coordinating and witnessing in-country lab testingEnsure accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation and databasesCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as Government Affairs (GA) and participate in industry forums to stay informed of regulatory developmentsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in ICT industryStrong knowledge of compliance standards and regulations, including safety, EMC, radio, telecom, security, and customs/import rulesIn-depth experience with the SDPPI certification process in IndonesiaHands-on technical skills to support lab setup, testing, and documentation maintenanceExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishStrong project management skills; able to manage risk, coordinate resources, and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environmentPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Cisco technologies; certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus
