Hardware Engineer
Job Title: Hardware Engineer Job Description As a Hardware Engineer, you will assist in the development of electrical hardware circuitry and contribute to the creation of hardware specifications and documentation. You will also be involved in preparing cost estimates, creating test cases, and performing related testing. Additionally, you will support the ADVP&R process by developing test plans and reviewing test results. Resolving DV/PV testing issues and modifying circuits, as well as conducting functional testing, will be part of your role. Responsibilities + Assist in the development of electrical hardware circuitry. + Contribute to the development of hardware specifications and documentation. + Assist in the preparation of cost estimates. + Create test cases, test scenarios, and perform related testing. + Support the ADVP&R process by developing test plans and reviewing test results. + Resolve DV/PV testing issues and modify circuits. + Conduct functional testing. Essential Skills + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. + Experience with simulation tools such as Cadence SI, P-SPICE, etc. + Knowledge of PCB Artwork. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Cadence/Allegro Schematic Capture. + Experience with automotive lighting. Work Environment The work environment offers a hybrid schedule, allowing you to work in the office from Tuesday to Thursday, while Mondays and Fridays are remote. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, Michigan. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
