Job Description Were seeking a highly organized Hardware Asset Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets in a large enterprise environment. This role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly the Hardware Asset Management Pro (HAM Pro) module, and involves maintaining accurate asset records, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. On-site presence is required for physical asset management and collaboration. Manage hardware assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance. Maintain asset records in ServiceNow HAM Pro; perform audits and reconciliations. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and IT teams on asset deployment and decommissioning. Monitor compliance and recommend process improvements. Generate reports and dashboards to support audits and decision-making. Maintain SOPs and internal documentation for asset processes. Ensure timely tagging and data entry for new assets. Support incident/change management with accurate asset data. Assist with hardware refreshes and surplus handling. Skills and Requirements 35 years of IT asset management experience (hardware-focused). 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including HAM Pro. Strong understanding of asset lifecycle and ITIL practices. Proficiency in Excel and asset reconciliation tools. Familiarity with asset tagging/barcoding and inventory systems. Ability to lift IT equipment and travel up to 10% for site visits.
