Responsibilities + Design and develop hardware components, ensuring high-quality output. + Perform circuit design, which is the most critical aspect of the role. + Conduct PCB layout as there is no dedicated layout team; hardware engineers are expected to manage their layouts. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on project requirements. + Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Essential Skills + Proficiency in hardware design and electrical engineering. + Strong skills in circuit design, which is the most important aspect of this role. + Experience in PCB layout, as hardware engineers are responsible for their layouts. + Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware engineering. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with high-speed design is a plus. + Familiarity with Altium is beneficial but not mandatory.
