Your role and responsibilities

Take your next career step at ABB with a global team that is energizing the transformation of society and industry to achieve a more productive, sustainable future. We are looking for an intern to join our Smart Solution Development Team in the R&D department at Corporate Technology Center (CTC) in Poland, Kraków. Here we create innovative solutions for our products and systems such as sensors and network devices. It is a unique opportunity for you to work on international projects in interdisciplinary scientific teams. Typical responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:• Support in electronics circuits and PCB design• Support the R&D team in components identification and selection• Testing of prototypes• Designing test equipment• Preparing test reports and analyses

Qualifications for the role

Student of a 2nd or 3rd year of Electronics Engineering or relatedGood English skills – both oral and writtenPCB and circuit design skills (experience in Altium would be an advantage)Electronics simulations in SPICEExperience in manual electronics assembly would be an advantageGood written and verbal communication skills
