Create hardware design guidelines and manuals for use by other engineers and technicians. Liaise with software engineers to ensure compatibility between hardware and software components. Generate and evaluate project plans and schedules for hardware design and development activities. Efficiently identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware design and development. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest hardware design standards and best practices by participating in professional courses, reading published articles, etc. Stay informed about technological advancements to identify and incorporate new design techniques. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a learning and growth environment among peers. Ensure compliance with the company's hardware design processes and HW-standards. Provide technical support and direction to junior engineers and other technical staff. Perform rigorous validation and testing of hardware components to ensure functionality and efficiency.
