Seeking trades staff at all levels. **Here’s a snapshot of your day:** + Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required. + Reviews assigned work orders. + Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. + Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems. + Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems. + Reviews work orders, estimates time and materials needed to repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies. + Maintains lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps. + Responds quickly to emergency situations **Skills and experience:** + Relevant and valid OH&S cards preferred, such as License for operating a Forklift, Elevating Work Platform, and Work Safely At Heights. + Suitable Trade qualifications or experience in plumbing is highly desirable, and hands-on with building repair/carpentry work. + Basic knowledge and safety awareness around electrical work. + Experience with general repairs and maintenance in a structured commercial environment. + Valid Driver’s License. **Can we inspire you to join us?** Competitive salary with yearly performance review.
