The H2R Customer Relationship Management (CRM) function actively supports our local, regional, and global P&O/HR partners and customers. We leverage our expansive geographical footprint to be close to Hub-specific customer topics. Therefore, we have dedicated CRMs at a Global, Regional, and Local Level. This role is an opportunity to lead customer accounts, develop relationships, and manage the portfolio with P&O/HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Global H2R CRM Community Member:Partner closely with Global CRMs on key strategies, account planning, and service changes.Participate in regular exchanges and community updates (e.g., Hub & All-Hub Connects).Ensure Hub compliance with agreed P&O/HR Global frameworks and models.
H2R Hub Dedicated P&O/HR Partner:Build transparent, collaborative relationships with P&O/HR, understanding business changes and listening to needs and challenges.Serve as a contact point for key stakeholder clarity (e.g., CFO).Coordinate opportunities, priorities, and solutions in alignment with the H2R Head.Manage performance dashboards and metrics and proactively review them.Set up and chair service reviews.
H2R Hub Operations:Hold and attend meetings with CRM/Hub/Leaders with a customer perspective mindset.Collaborate closely with relevant Hub H2R Service Lines, with a weighted focus on ELC.Develop a Hub account roadmap of P&O/HR priorities and goals.Coordinate cross H2R Service Line initiatives, ensuring customer updates and resolution.Analyze feedback and data (USI, CSS, Performance data).Coordinate the annual CSS survey, analyze results, communicate locally, discuss with customers, and define action plans for review throughout the year.
H2R Hub Commercial Topics:Maintain expert knowledge of the Global Service ID catalogue and customer pricing.Identify and capture value creation opportunities. Maintain Salesforce and create & track IQuote contracts.Develop new services, including pricing/models, and engage in customer discussions.Coordinate budget season activities, including internal analysis, customer alignment meetings, material preparation, and minutes.
Qualifications:
Awareness of H2R Service Lines and a good understanding of ELC services.Long-term experience in customer relationship activities.Strong collaboration and negotiation skills with colleagues and partners.Experience in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
