**The Position:**
The Guest Services Tour Guide is a liaison and a guest advocate from the moment the guest arrives until the time they depart. The Guest Services Tour Guide will provide walking tours and golf cart tours for our guests throughout the Resort. They will also guide them to their individual room assignments following the check-in process. The Guest Services Tour Guide will form a relationship with each guest and ensure their requests are met throughout their stay. The Guest Services Tour Guide will communicate with all other departments within the resort to ensure requests are fulfilled.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Greet arriving guests upon arrival and direct them to check-in
+ Have an understanding of Spa offerings, Programming Experiences and activities available at Miraval
+ Inform Supervisor immediately of any issues a guest is having during their stay
+ Provide walking tours and golf cart tours to all areas property throughout the day
+ Assist other associates as needed

**Qualifications:**
+ Customer Service Experience
+ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
+ Refined verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to stand for long periods of time
+ Ability to provide tours via walking as well as driving golf cart
+ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
+ Refined verbal communication skills.
+ 2 years of full-service restaurant experience (fine dining or hotel / resort experience preferred).
+ Experience using POS systems
+ Strong knowledge of coffee, beer, wine, and liquor service.
+ Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
+ Ability to stand for long periods of time.
+ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
+ Refined verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to multitask (use phone, computer, ipad, simultaneous and regularly)
+ Previous customer service required
+ This position is required to be mobile for 90% or more of each shift
+ Problem solving and organization is a key success factor
+ Familiarity with POS system and plant-based cooking preferred
