确保宾客服务中心高效顺畅的运作
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the GuestService Centre within the Rooms Division
遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
Delivers the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
适时的为其他部门员工提供同样优质的服务。
Provides excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
熟悉掌握酒店的产品知识及服务标准。
Be familiar with the hotel’s products and services and policies.
与客人建立并保持良好的关系。
Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship.
确保正确处理所有客人的留言、邮件及传真。
Ensures the efficient and timely delivery of guest faxes, messages and mail.
保持与顾客和同事的良好合作关系。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships

Interpersonal skills.
很强的交流沟通能力。
Excellent communication skills .
大专以上学历
College degree above.
1年以上国际酒店工作经验。
Minimum of 1years’ experience.
