As a Guest Services Host, you’ll be one of the first and last interactions our guests have on property—offering a warm welcome, genuine farewell, and thoughtful assistance throughout their stay.
This guest-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, staying active, and creating a seamless experience for travelers. You’ll assist with luggage handling, transportation coordination, and sharing resort or local knowledge.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure
+ Assist guests with luggage handling and storage
+ Provide directions, resort information, and local recommendations
+ Coordinate transportation and assist with valet and shuttle services when needed
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell stand, lobby, and guest entry areas
+ Collaborate with the Front Office, Valet, and Concierge teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
**Qualifications:**
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality
+ Ability to lift, carry, and move luggage or other items (up to 75 lbs)
+ Comfortable working in outdoor conditions for extended periods
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
+ Valid Driver’s License required
+ Previous guest service or hotel experience preferred
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
