Description We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Guest Services Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Lebanon, Tennessee. In this role, you will play an essential part in delivering exceptional experiences to guests while supporting retail operations. Your ability to assist and direct guests effectively will be key to maintaining a positive environment. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy. • Provide directions and guidance to guests within the facility to enhance their overall experience. • Support retail operations by monitoring store inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels. • Collaborate with the sales team to promote retail products and drive store sales. • Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to uphold customer satisfaction. • Maintain organized records of guest interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. • Assist in coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth workflows. • Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and clean environment for guests. • Monitor and report inventory discrepancies to management for timely resolution. • Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving guest services. Requirements • Proven experience in guest services, retail, or a similar role. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. • Familiarity with retail sales and store inventory processes. • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Proficiency in basic computer applications for record-keeping and inventory management. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus. • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
