Move luggage from guest vehicles, load bell carts, and assist guests to their room. Maintain cleanliness of Resort lobby areas and grounds. Provide quality service to the guest by responding to their request promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in/check-out and throughout the guest's stay. Deliver various things to guest rooms such as ice, anniversary gifts, gift baskets, etc. Maintain knowledge about the property such as events, activities, and information about various buildings and rooms to allow you to answer any questions the guests might ask.
