Guest Services Assistants

 

This position is responsible for our site's administration needs, such as:

Processing bookings and allocating accommodationPerforming check in/outPreparing reportsConducting general admin and retail duties

About You:

Relevant work experience in accommodation/administrationExperience using accommodation software packages (preferably RMS)Excellent computer and administrative skillsTeam player with remarkable communicationCustomer service enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure
