An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Guest Service Assistant** to join **The Sport and Leasure** team in **Jumeirah Mina Al Salam** . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
+ Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general assistance to enhance their experience.
+ Monitor and manage guest queues to ensure a smooth and organized flow of entry.
+ Assist in directing guests to appropriate queues or entry points to minimize wait times.
+ Respond promptly to guest emergencies or incidents, following established protocols.
+ Address guest complaints, concerns, or conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
+ Resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
**About You:**
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
+ Higher Secondary Certificate.
+ Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate).
+ 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
+ Leadership and team management skills.
