We have accommodation options available and can also accommodate couples or small groups if everyone has hospitality experience. Our seasonal teams are fun and made up of a diverse mix of people of all ages and nationalities.
This position will start in October 2025 and continue through the summer season until April 2026.
What you will do: Our Guest Service team’s main objective is to ensure guest satisfaction at all times. This is the perfect position for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and get involved! This role involves a variety of task around the hotel, including – Assisting guest with luggage Driving and cleaning cars; and Generally helping out wherever needed.
What you will bring: As well as your passion for service delivery and for luxury hospitality, you will have - Previous experience in a customer service position The ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills Excellent communication skills A full driver's licence a good level of physical fitness.

Due our private and remote location, you will need to have your own reliable transport. You will also need a valid working holiday visa or New Zealand work rights to apply.
