Job DescriptionProvide excellent guest service, including efficient check-in/check-out, reservations, and a welcoming experienceManage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and timelyProcess payments, post charges, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfactionMaintain knowledge of room rates, promotions, and local attractionsFollow safety and security procedures while providing concierge-level service

QualificationsPreferably Male with pleasant personality with professional appearance and high integrityMinimum 3 years' experience in hotel front office operationsExcellent customer service skills; ability to remain calm under pressureFluency in English required; Arabic language skills a plusProficiency in MS Office and property management systems (Wishnet PMS preferred)Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysStrong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
