What You’ll Do:

As a Guest Services Agent, you will:

Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and friendly arrival experience. Assist with check-outs and ensure a seamless departure process. Showcase your knowledge of our hotel, services, and local area to assist guests with inquiries. Use your problem-solving skills to handle guest concerns with professionalism and care. Apply up-selling techniques to enhance guest stays and maximize room occupancy. Provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service with every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence.
