Your work will make an impact and support how our organization serves the best customer – our Military patrons and their families.

So, what does a typical day look like? What does it take to succeed?

Provide excellent customer service to our valued and honored guests.Issues room keys, operating telephone switchboard, utilizes computerized Property Management Systems.Communicates with Navy Lodge personnel and chain of command.Reconciles daily transactions of all accounts.Follows all local safety regulations. Informs supervisor of hazardous conditions.Responsible for lobby appearance including, cleaning, mopping, dusting, and organization of assigned work areas.Responsible for the set-up, breakdown and clean-up of the complimentary “self-service” breakfast bar and other events in the lobby area.

The Qualifiers:

1 year of general office clerical experience and progressive responsible experience.May substituted one half year of academic study above the high school level for 6 months of experience.Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
