Job Description

As a Guest Service Agent at Villa Haven, you will be integral to ensuring a positive and seamless guest experience throughout their stay. You will warmly greet guests, provide detailed information about resort facilities and services, and manage check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and accuracy. Handling incoming calls and emails professionally, you will address inquiries, process reservations, and coordinate guest requests for amenities, transportation, and special accommodations. Maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area is essential, reflecting our commitment to cleanliness and organization. Your role also involves assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Collaborating closely with other departments, you will ensure seamless guest experiences and promptly resolve any issues that may arise.

QualificationsPrevious experience in a guest service or hospitality role and proficiency in Opera or other PMS is preferred.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks effectively.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
