Guest Service Agent – Part Time
Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites

We’re seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our front office team at Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites. This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves creating memorable guest experiences, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys working in a stunning beachfront location.

What you’ll do:

Welcome guests and manage check-in, check-out, and reservationsHandle payments, enquiries, and guest accounts accuratelyProvide local recommendations and ensure a positive guest experienceLiaise with housekeeping and maintenance to support smooth operationsDeliver professional and efficient service at all times

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

Previous front office or customer service experience (hospitality preferred)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsProfessional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitudeFlexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
