Job Description

We’re seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our front office team at Oaks R Suites Geelong. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

What you’ll do:

Welcome guests and assist with check-in, check-out, and enquiriesHandle reservations, payments, and guest accounts efficientlyProvide accurate local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest staysLiaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operationsDeliver professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems on the spotProfessional presentation and positive attitudeFlexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
