Job Description

Summary
The Guest Service Agent drives guests to and from various local locations per requests from various hotel departments. They provide assistance and support to the front desk as needed.

Essential Job Functions

Pick up and deliver guests to various local locations as scheduled by the Guest ServiceFamiliarize guests with points of interest, restaurants, activities, and resort facilities while transporting guests Know about all daily resort functions, locations, and times for appropriate guest directionMaintain constant communication with Front Desk for itinerary changes and guest requestsCheck inside and out of vehicles for cleanliness Clean inside and outside of vehicles when needed Check all essential fluids including oil and brake fluid and check the tire pressureReport any problems with the vehicles to Guest Services ManagerFill out vehicle maintenance checklists as directedReport all accidents accurately filling out incident reports immediatelyAssist Bell Desk in locating lost baggage through airlines and guest services desk at airportDrive safely at all timesOther duties as assigned

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred 1 year of guest / customer service skills preferred Previous experience within Hotel Guest Services Front Office area and proficiency in Opera or other PMSEffective time managementImmaculate grooming and personal presentationArticulate communication skills and an understanding of luxury guest expectations.Self motivated and enjoy working autonomouslyFriendly and engagingCo-ordinate various tasks simultaneouslyExcellent English communication in written and verbal.
