You will play a key role in the guest experience by ensuring that in\-room facilities operate flawlessly and any technical issues are resolved promptly and professionally\. Your key responsibilities include: + Performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance in guest rooms, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs\. + Responding to guest service calls and resolving issues quickly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction\. + Inspecting guest rooms regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensuring timely follow\-up\. + Coordinating with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to minimize disruption during maintenance activities\. + Recording and updating maintenance work orders and ensuring compliance with Hilton engineering standards\. + Supporting the Engineering leadership team in ensuring all health, safety, and fire & life safety procedures are followed\. **What are we looking for?** A Guest Room Technician serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and Team Members\.
