What will I be doing?
As Guest Relations Supervisor, you will directly address the needs of VIP Guests and inform other Team Members of VIP needs in order to ensure an exceptional Guest experience. A Guest Relations Supervisor is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Supervise the Guest Relations and support Front Office team
• Greet VIP and regular guests, ensuring a personalized experience
• Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate special guest requests and amenities
• Maintain strong communication with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Train and coach new team members
• Assist in managing shift schedules and daily reports
What are we looking for?
• Previous experience in a front office or guest relations role, ideally in a supervisory position• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to lead a team and inspire a guest-first mindset
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
