As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure. You will support the Guest Relations team in daily operations, lead by example, and handle guest feedback with care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the Guest Relations and support Front Office teamGreet VIP and regular guests, ensuring a personalized experienceHandle guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionallyCoordinate special guest requests and amenitiesMaintain strong communication with all departments to ensure guest satisfactionTrain and coach new team membersAssist in managing shift schedules and daily reportsWhat We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a front office or guest relations role, ideally in a supervisory positionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to lead a team and inspire a guest-first mindsetFluent in English; additional languages are a plusFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
