The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids’ clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces. **About the Job:** An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Guest Relations Executive 3** to join **Margaux** team in **Jumeirah Mina Al Salam** . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: + Ensure the hostess desk or door is always manned to provide a friendly and prompt welcome to all guests upon arrival. + Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services according to Restaurant Reservations SOP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. + Use the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist to handle restaurant enquiries and bookings professionally and according to established standards. + Greet guests warmly, escort them as required, and familiarize yourself with the menu to confidently answer guest queries about dishes and drinks. + Promptly address and resolve guest complaints, ensuring a positive resolution and gathering feedback to improve service. + Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all in-house services and local information to assist guests effectively with their enquiries. **About You:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + Highschool diploma or Secondary education. + 1-2 years’ experience in guests service-related work in a 5-star hotel in Casual/All Day Dining. + Microsoft Office (Basic Knowledge). + Micros, Epicure Restaurant Reservation system. + Proficient in English (Read/Write/ Speak). **About the Benefits:** We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
