About the role:
Greet and assist visitors professionally; inform hosts upon arrival.Manage calls and emails promptly with a corporate tone.Build strong client relationships and act on feedback to improve service.Issue staff and visitor access via facial recognition and CapitaStar.Maintain reception, meeting rooms, lounges, and shared spaces to high standards.Keep employee records, induction details, and guidelines updated on SharePoint.Provide input for newsletters and ensure concierge coverage per roster.Handle requests for car park, lockers, and facilities; update relevant systems.Log and escalate tenancy or workplace issues; conduct floor inspections as needed.Support meeting room use, including AV setup and basic tech assistance.Coordinate events, including catering, room setups, and tours.Manage mail and courier deliveries; oversee supplies and storage logistics.About you:
Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in real estate services, travel/hospitality, retail, customer service or a college degreeCommunication – Comfortable corresponding with executive level clients, and interacting with individuals at all levelsEQ – Showcase exceptional emotional intelligence and empathyOrganized – Detail oriented, confident, self-starter with exceptional organizational skillsProactive – Maintain a “can do” mentality with the ability to act with minimal informationCharacter – Demonstrate integrity, accountability, self-awareness, and strong work ethic.
