About the role

The Guest Recognition Specialist provides personalized service to our guests by capturing, enriching, and sharing guest preferences and profile information, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience from pre-arrival to post-departure.
 

What you will do

•    Enrich guest profiles by updating contact information, preferences, and visual identifiers.

•    Conduct daily pre-arrival reviews to ensure departments are prepared for guest arrivals.

•    Support post-stay analysis by updating guest profiles based on feedback and experiences.

•    Act as the hotel’s profile management expert and liaison with operations, front office, and reservations.

•    Monitor and impact key performance indicators related to guest recognition.

•    Support sales and marketing efforts by maintaining data integrity and assisting with guest inquiries.

What you bring

•    Prior reservations, sales, front office, or high-volume call center experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.

•    Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

•    Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

•    Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job; knowledge of Opera PMS preferred/is a plus.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.

•    Strong attention to detail.
