**Qualifications & Experience**
**🧩 What You’ll Do:**
✅ Supervise and support front-line team members to deliver world-class guest service
✅ Be the “Supervisor on Duty” and lead by example during daily operations
✅ Coach and inspire the team to be **guest-obsessed** 💬
✅ Manage guest queues and crowd flow for a smooth and safe experience 🌀
✅ Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
✅ Organize, deliver, and track training for new and existing Hosts 📝
✅ Encourage team empowerment and recovery-focused guest service 🦸
✅ Monitor performance, give feedback, and support employee development
✅ Jump into host roles as needed and help keep the magic alive ✨
**🧠 What We’re Looking For:**
🔹 High School diploma or GED required
🔹 6+ months of experience in guest service, attractions, entertainment, or hospitality preferred
🔹 A fun, outgoing personality and a passion for people 😄
🔹 Ability to lead by example and bring out the best in others
🔹 Strong verbal and written communication skills
🔹 Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment 🚀
🔹 Familiarity with basic office software and systems
**📜 Bonus Skills:**
🛠 Experience coaching and mentoring teams
📈 Able to manage schedules, performance, and records
💡 Problem-solving skills and a calm, guest-focused attitude
**⚠️ Additional Info:**
🕒 Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
💪 Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move around the attraction throughout the shift
