We’re seeking a dynamic Guest Experience Host—our premier “SUGARTAINER”—to deliver a SWEET, memorable experience while promoting both brands. Event Dates: November 2025- January 2026, including nights, weekends and Holidays (exact dates subject to change) What You’ll Do Laugh, dance, and entertain while creating a fun escape for our customers by: Delivering Exceptional Service + Perform as an outgoing, energetic host, blending scripted moments with improvisation for unique guest experiences. + Bring IT’SUGARTAINMENT to life—greet, engage, entertain, and thank guests of all ages. + Demonstrate effective sales techniques to meet and exceed goals. + Suggest new ideas to enhance the guest experience. + Assist guests with questions and requests. + Maintain a clean, organized sales floor that meets visual standards. + Operate POS/register systems to complete transactions accurately. Maximizing Store Operations + Merchandise displays according to visual guidelines. + Support special event and promotion set-up. + Follow Loss Prevention (LP) policies and report concerns to management. + Assist with operational tasks, including salesfloor, backroom, and restroom upkeep. What You’ll Need + 18 years or older. + 1+ year experience in premium retail or a fast-paced, guest-focused environment (preferred). + Outgoing personality with strong stage presence. + Optimistic, enthusiastic, and engaging demeanor. + Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. + Comfortable using POS/register and office equipment. + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. (50 lbs. with assistance). + Performance, acting, music, or dance background a plus. + Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
