Prepare daily VIP list and coordinate VIP room allocationsDeliver warm welcomes and assist guests with luggage and room movesHandle guest requests related to concierge and guest relations, in person and via emailMaintain smooth traffic flow and support security/emergency protocols at hotel entranceDirect deliveries and coordinate with relevant departmentsLiaise with Front Office for accurate transport arrangementsSupport check-in/check-out operations during peak periodsOffer expert local recommendations to enhance guest experiencesEnsure front-of-hotel presentation, signage, and flags are well-maintainedMaintain professional, approachable, and guest-first behavior at all times
