Based in the Trafford Palazzo, next door to the Trafford Centre in Manchester. You’ll be working out on the front-line within the attraction, welcoming, greeting, interacting with, and helping our guests at every opportunity, ensuring they get the absolute most from their visit. On a typical day (if you can call it that) you will ensure our guests have an intimate Ocean experience through fun, up close storytelling with hands on interaction. You could find yourself delivering entertaining and informative talks to our guests, inspiring the future generation, dressing up in costume characters as well as delivering school workshops, birthday parties and our premium experiences. This is a seasonal, fixed term position, contracted until November 2025.
