We are currently looking for a Guest Experience Associate to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Guest Experience Associate liaises assists the guests any enquiries such as reservations, special requests, room preferences while providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Recognizes and anticipate the needs of guests and responding to them promptly.Resolves guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.Confirms accuracy of all data in the system and verification of all information noted.Verifies reservation information with the guest (departure date, room type, rate..).Offers rooming and orientation tour of the hotel according to all Rosewood, Forbes and LQA standards.Supports and works closely with other departments such as Housekeeping, Concierge, In-Room Dining and Guest Services.
