THE ROLE:
At Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, the dining experience begins the moment a guest walks through our doors. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression, ensuring each guest is comfortably seated, and supporting seamless service flow across our dining venues.

This role is more than simply seating guests — it’s about managing the guest journey with care, attentiveness, and charm. If you are passionate about hospitality, organization, and guest satisfaction, we’d love for you to join our Food & Drink team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression

Manage seating assignments and coordinate table set-ups efficiently

Communicate closely with restaurant and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow

Support upselling efforts by promoting specials, events, or loyalty benefits

Work across all F&D areas including Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Events when needed

Respond to guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally

Follow correct cash handling and billing procedures

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining entrance

Comply with brand standards, health and safety protocols, and licensing laws

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Uphold Hilton's grooming and conduct standards

WHO YOU ARE:

Excellent communicator in both Turkish and English

Organized, proactive, and composed in a busy environment

Strong team player who can also take initiative independently

Professionally presented, with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or F&B environment

Familiarity with floor planning or reservation software

Cash handling and basic POS system knowledge

Understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations
