As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression, ensuring each guest is comfortably seated, and supporting seamless service flow across our dining venues.

Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
Manage seating assignments and coordinate table set-ups efficiently
Communicate closely with restaurant and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow
Support upselling efforts by promoting specials, events, or loyalty benefits
Work across all F&D areas including Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Events when needed
Respond to guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally
Follow correct cash handling and billing procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining entrance
Comply with brand standards, health and safety protocols, and licensing laws
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Uphold Hilton's grooming and conduct standards

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or F&B environment
Familiarity with floor planning or reservation software
Cash handling and basic POS system knowledge
Understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations
