At **Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus** , the dining experience begins the moment a guest walks through our doors\. As a **Guest Experience Agent** , you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression, ensuring each guest is comfortably seated, and supporting seamless service flow across our dining venues\.

### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
+ Manage seating assignments and coordinate table set\-ups efficiently
+ Communicate closely with restaurant and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow
+ Support upselling efforts by promoting specials, events, or loyalty benefits
+ Work across all F&D areas including Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Events when needed
+ Respond to guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally
+ Follow correct cash handling and billing procedures
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining entrance
+ Comply with brand standards, health and safety protocols, and licensing laws
+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
+ Uphold Hilton's grooming and conduct standards

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or F&B environment
+ Familiarity with floor planning or reservation software
+ Cash handling and basic POS system knowledge
+ Understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations
