About the role:  
We are seeking a Lobby Ambassador to be based on our client’s site in North Ryde, deliver a seamless and memorable lobby experience that reflects the client’s values and standards.  
    
Key Responsibilities:  

Shape a warm and professional arrival experience for all visitors, employees, and contractors 

Coordinate closely with security and the Visitor Centre for VIP and large group arrivals  

 Maintain lobby presentation and ambiance through regular monitoring and collaboration with cleaning teams 

Manage mail and delivery services as per SOP 

Own all badging and visitor management touchpoints and processes 

Proactively assist guests with wayfinding, arrival communications and access requirements  

Must be open and bale to manage manual tasks like moving furniture, carrying and lifting events materials  
 

Sound like you? We’re looking for someone who has:  

Experience in front-of-house, concierge or hospitality roles 

A passion for creating exceptional hospitality experiences that leave lasting impressions  

Strong communication abilities to build relationships with diverse stakeholders  

Ability to problem solve quickly, in a professional manner  

Relevant qualifications in hospitality, events or a related field is desirable
