**About the Role**
We are looking for passionate **Guest Excellence Hosts** to join our team at Alton Towers Resort. In this role, you will be the face of our Resort, ensuring that every guest has a magical experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all our guests feel valued and welcomed.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Deliver Exceptional Service:** Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, addressing their needs and queries with a smile.
+ **Enhance the Guest Experience:** Engage with guests to ensure they have a memorable visit, offering information about attractions, events, and or services that are available.
+ **Handle Guest Feedback:** Listen to guest feedback, both positive and negative, and respond appropriately to ensure their concerns are addressed.
+ **Assist in Guest Resolution:** Actively seek solutions to guest issues and ensure a seamless experience throughout their visit.
