Delaware Sportservice is hiring a full-time Guest Excellence Coordinator to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Guest Excellence Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting guests who are using our new self-service kiosks on event days.

What will you do?Coordinate all guest experience functions with managers and supervisors to ensure consistent service excellence Schedule and manage customer experience programs, service recovery seminars, and related supply orders Engage managers daily to align with unit goals and maintain strong client and internal guest relationships Deliver training on guest experience standards, develop new training approaches, and implement reward and recognition programs Support adherence to company policies, manage administrative plans, and assist in resolving guest complaints through investigation and follow-up 

More about youMinimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations; previous food industry, hospitality, or retail-related experience required Strong verbal, written, and supervisory communication skills with the ability to motivate teams, ensure data consistency, and make sound decisions Available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and during American Family Field events Skilled in coaching, training, and providing constructive feedback to address performance gaps and drive team member development Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a creative, innovative, and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving
