We are looking for a Team Manager to join our leadership team in Edinburgh on a permanent contract.

You will lead a sales team from the shopfloor to achieve business and product category goals. You will develop and grow the talent within your team.

Key Accountabilities

Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the shopfloor to ensure exceptional service is deliveredMonitor the performance of the assigned product categories and proactively propose action plans to reach the business targetsLead the execution of Clienteling activities with your team, developing actions to activate, retain and develop a client baseParticipate in attracting, recruiting, and developing a high performing teamProvide support and regular feedback to Client Advisors ensuring their development is ongoing and their motivation and sense of belonging are highPartner with the Store Director/Manager and the Training team to ensure Client Advisors develop full product knowledge through specific training, while ensuring they are aware of market trends and competitorsPartner with the Store Director/Manager and Human Resources on employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution
