Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech. **Purpose:** The Leader for the GTTO Margin Acceleration Program is responsible for leading the activities associated with the expansion and implementation of Ocean Service for MedTech business units through design and execution of all identified lanes under the Margin Acceleration umbrella. **You will be responsible for:** + Working cross functionally (Operations, Transportation, Quality, Finance, Planning, Procurement and Analytics), making sure that activities and project deliverables are coordinated, delivering the project according to Margin Acceleration schedule, as well as doing the stakeholder management. + Stakeholder management is crucial due to the complexity and high financial commitment of the project. + Preparing reviews and presenting status updates to the overall MA Project leader and stakeholders. + In addition of managing the internal stakeholders, has to manage the external stakeholders (e.g. consultants & Logistics Service Providers). + Furthermore, the Program Leader shall be part of the GTTO Operations team and the Margin Acceleration team, working on interdependent projects, anticipating negative externalities to the site and the business. **Qualifications/Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering/Supply Chain/Logistics/Finance/Computer Science or similar is required. Master’s degree/MBA or similar is a plus. + At least 10 years of experience in supply chain/customer service/planning/transport/distribution/ IT/engineering. + Experience in managing relationships with International Freight Forwarders and managing changes in service and mode. Experience managing Ocean service is a plus. + Experience in large international corporation, MedTech and/or Pharmaceutical businesses is a plus. + Project management skills (FPX Project Leader certified) or other Project Management certification. + Demonstrated successful implementation of complex projects with multiple cross functional stakeholders projects. + Continues Process Improvement, Process mapping, Six Sigma & Lean certification will be a plus. + Professional certification in Supply Chain e.g. APICS will be a plus. + Experience using Agile (Scrum) methodology/Waterfall (System Development Life Cycle - User Story & feature) + Fluent in English. + Process oriented, Business analytics skills. + Dynamic problem solver able to anticipate potential problems and create solutions. + Interdependency mapping & assessing impact (numerous & evolving interdependencies). + Ability to map critical path & risks, good knowledge of PERTH/GANTT, etc. + Ensure adequate change control, required configuration is addressed. + Digital & Financial acumen, managing complex budget. + Deliver results, efficient leader able to inspire, mobilize and motivate people and virtual team to work together towards project/team goals. Conveys clear goals and conduct the team in high-performing manner. + Sets high personal & team standards of performance, assess team members performance & escalate to functional managers when needed. Eligibility for severance. **The anticipated base pay range for this position is :** $120,000-$207,000  Additional Description for Pay Transparency: The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
