**Field force Operation Management** + Lead following FFE tasks from process & data support perspective including + Target hospital management + Target customer management + Territory alignment + Target setting + Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical support to BU in the field force operation cycles, and drive efficiency, productivity and discipline + Communicate with BU field force leaders, marketing team and other GTMC counterpart to handle keep the smooth running of FFE related process **Analysis and Insight Generation** + Perform data processing and analysis with given tasks, able to understand business dynamics and generate insights from data + Leverage best practices across BUs and industrial benchmark to synergize analytical frame and work + Provide both routine and ad-hoc analysis for BU and management, able to automize some routine reports **Daily Operation and Data management** + Supervise FFE projects (such as customer segmentation, FFE sizing, territory optimization and new product introduction) + Manage BU daily operation support, including + HC management and FTE planning + Field force low performer report + Provide data support to BUs per request from BU Management team **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
