JOB PURPOSE:
Be part of analytical engine to BUs (Business Unit) to improve field force productivity, optimize resource allocation and drive sustainable growthManage BU field force operation related works in scope, deliver the works with quality & meet the timelineCoordinate between BU and CE teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process complying to corporate guidelineImplement analyticals framework and FFE tools in area of FFE productivity & resource allocationSupport BU stakeholders on data preparation and consolidation, analysis design, executionby closely and actively communication in terms of field force performance and productivityKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Field force Operation Management
Lead following FFE tasks from process & data support perspective includingTarget hospital managementTarget customer managementTerritory alignmentTarget settingProvide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical support to BU in the field force operation cycles, and drive efficieincy, productivity and disciplineCommunicate with BU field force leaders, marketing team and other CE counter part to handle keep the smooth running of FFE related processAnalysis and Insight Generation
Perform data processing and analysis with given tasks, able to understand business dynamics and generate insights from dataLeverage best practices across BUs and industrial benchmark to synergize analytical frame and workProvide both routine and ad-hoc analysis for BU and management, able to automize some routine reportsDaily Operation and Data management
Supervise FFE projects (such as customer segmentation, FFE sizing, territory optimization and new product introdcution)Manage BU daily operation support, includingHC management and FTE plannningField force low performer reportProvice data support to BUs per request from BU Management teamJOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Minimum bachelor degreeAdvanced degree (such as Master, PhD, or MBA) is preferredExperience & knowledge:
At least 5 years experience in FFE field, most preferably in MNC pharmaceutical companiesSolid knowledge in FFE tools, processes and analytical frameworks and in-depth understanding in the environment and operation of field team in the China pharmaceutical industrySkills of project management and good cross-functional communicationStrong capability in Excel Modeling and Powerpoint PresentationAbility to solve difficult and changing situations and influence senior managementAbility to constantly self-challenge and challenge others in a constructive wayGood command of written English, communication verbal EnglishCore competencies:
