The SAP LeanIX & Signavio Strategy & Operations (S&O) function provides the backbone for seamless, efficient revenue operations and strategy planning across the entire line of business. Acting as a trusted partner and advisor to the business, our team supports the shaping of an organization that everyone wants to work for, driven by process excellence, data insights, and execution expertise.

 

Position Overview:

We are looking for someone to join our S&O Business Operations team. This team's responsibility includes managing the Rhythm of Business (RoB) at the CRO level and for all functions reporting into the CRO for SAP LeanIX & Signavio. Additionally, the team oversees Sales and Business Processes, including Account Planning, Award Programs, Sponsorship Programs, and more. The S&O Business Operations team comprises business partners who support functional leaders and regional leaders. With this role, we are seeking an S&O Business Partner to the EMEA Leader.

The S&O Business Partner, SAP LeanIX & Signavio, EMEA, acts as a strategic advisor and trusted business partner to the Head of SAP LeanIX & Signavio EMEA for all S&O processes and responsibilities. This role is pivotal in supporting the Head of EMEA and their leadership team across the entire portfolio of Strategy & Operations activities. Acting as a key interface to the regional sales teams, this individual drives the implementation, facilitation, communication, and enablement of S&O processes and policies, ensuring alignment and compliance within the region.

This role requires close collaboration with the EMEA leadership team, sales managers, and the Global SAP LeanIX & Signavio Strategy & Operations organization to optimize sales efficiency, productivity, and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Cadence & Insights:

Orchestrate and facilitate regional and global forecast cadences and business reviews (e.g., QBRs, CQ+1 FC calls). Provide insights and recommendations to guide decision-making. Support leadership with actionable data insights on bookings, pipeline (CQ and 4Q), and forecasts to ensure strategic and tactical alignment. Drive focus on pipeline health and hygiene through data insights, enabling cadence, and ensuring alignment with SAP standards.

Planning & Execution:

Support annual and long-term planning processes, including HC, territories, and quota setting. Manage the headcount, account, and quota-setting processes throughout the year.

Sales Operations:

Drive sales initiatives by creating, setting up, and following through on programs to support sales excellence (e.g., Account Planning). Ensure CRM adoption and compliance while driving productivity through effective use of tools and processes.

Leadership Collaboration & Communication:

Act as an integral member of the EMEA leadership team, regularly providing updates on S&O initiatives, progress, and developments.

Sales Compensation:

Serve as the regional single point of contact (SPOC) for sales compensation matters.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in operations and strategy roles or equivalent, with significant exposure to sales management teams. Strong background in the software industry, with expertise in CRM adoption, forecasting, sales systems, processes, and methodologies. Competence GTM planning, incl. account assignments, quotas and compensation management, and sales operations best practices. Program management experience with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver concise insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and personalities across management levels and cultures. Passion for customer service, execution, and continuous improvement. Strong drive, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset. Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional European languages are a plus. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory.
