About the Team
The GTM Packaging team sits in Revenue Operations and whose mission is to drive a shift in how Workday brings innovation to market, simplifying our SMB packaging and enabling a more prescriptive and streamlined approach to how we sell.About the Role
The GTM Packaging Manager, reporting into Sr Director, GTM Packaging, is responsible for spearheading the operationalization of Workday’s GTM Packaging strategy in conjunction with key x-functional leaders (GTM, Sales Systems, Services, business technology, marketing/comms, change mgmt, etc) optimizing process and ensuring seamless execution across the organization.

Key qualifications & skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, a related fieldExperience in business operations, process improvement, project management within a technology organizationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.Experience with Workday’s products and solutions, including current product packaging, pricing and deployments a plus
