As GTC Tax Manager - South LATAM & Ecuador, you will be responsible for:

Supporting the tax compliance of indirect and direct tax for the legal entities established in South LATAMReviewing or preparing tax returns and guarantee that tax position matches with tax balance sheetSupporting tax trackers and KPIs are updated to ascertain completeness, accuracy and timelinessSupporting Tax Asset Monetization initiatives with support of Regional Tax TeamLiaising and working collaboratively with broader tax organization and finance organizationSupporting and pro-active seeking for process improvement and automationSupporting all other ad hoc projects as and when they arise.Initiatives to bring in-house activities or any simplification strategy

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelor’s degree in accountingCPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification in taxation.Minimum 6 yrs experience in Latin America Taxation compliance; (In-house multinational or Big 4)Spanish and EnglishExperience with Oracle and/or SAP are a mustExperience with Oracle, SAP, OneSource and Blackline will be considered a plus.Minimum 4 years managing teams

Desired Characteristics

Have previous experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits, Global Mobility or Shared Service Centers preferredHave written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
