GT Salesforce Development Manager, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL.
Establish and drive activities that contribute to planning, budgeting, resourcing, creating, and implementing a Salesforce Development strategy for technology aligned with the company’s application platforms strategic business plan. Direct the Salesforce Development best practices (COE), development strategy, development standards, implementation effectiveness, and support of core development resources to be effective, and manage the team with high engagement. Define, own, and build Salesforce Development best practices utilizing Sales and Marketing Cloud. Work cross-functionally with Enterprise Architecture and other teams to build high quality, high performance, solid user experience and ultimately ensure the entire solutions have appropriate results for customers. Lead a team of developers and manage the portfolio of work.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $171,960 – $181,960/yr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Engineering (any), Business, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.
Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:
• Developing on the Salesforce platform;
• Salesforce solutions and how they interact with Prospect to Cash Processes: Sales Management, Contracts, Price and Quote Management, Order Fulfillment Management, Billing Management, Accounts Receivable, and Customer and Distribution;
• Dealing with key integration areas with Master Data Management to enhance the CRM environment;
• Using the Salesforce point-and-click developer interface;
• Collaborating with Leaders, Architects, and partners across the organization from a strategic and tactical perspective to produce and support quality software;
• Using Visualforce, Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, VF Components, Security Model, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform;
• Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Salesforce Mobile, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Platform and the AppExchange;
• Establishing best practices in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud for development CoE; and
• Strategic capability to produce PowerPoint, SFDC Org environments and Process flows.
Up to 5% domestic travel required.
100% telecommuting permitted.
