Pay is $33 per hourDay shift, 6am to 2:45pm and swing shift, 2pm to 10:45pm available

Our risk and consulting group, under Allied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services, is hiring a GSOC Analyst. The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst plays a vital role in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on global threats that may impact the client, its employees, or its operations. Using open-source intelligence and internal systems, the analyst assesses risks, supports crisis response efforts, and helps maintain robust risk management protocols. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, timely communication of emerging threats, and the development of best practices to enhance organizational resilience. The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst will be required to attend training events that fall outside normal work hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor global events using open-source intelligence to identify potential threats to the clientAnalyze and report security incidents using internal incident management systemsDevelop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and registersAssess credibility and relevance of intelligence to support risk-based decision makingDraft and distribute clear, actionable reports for stakeholders and leadershipSupport planning and execution of risk assessments and crisis response protocolsCollaborate with internal security personnel and external partners to manage incidentsRecommend improvements to operational processes and threat mitigation strategiesMaintain strong communication with stakeholders across departments

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

Must possess one of the following:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of one (1) year or more of Security Operations Center experience, preferably in a global support roleWell versed in current GSOC technologiesCompetence with MS Office Suite and other database systemsEffective oral and written communication skills; skilled in the preparation of written reports of incidents in proper format and with correct grammar and spellingAble to disseminate information effectively and confidently to individuals, groups, peers, clients, executives, and stakeholdersAble to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situationsCapable of maintaining company and customer information with the utmost discretion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

College degree in criminal justice, security management or a related field of studyExperience in a global organization
