Job Description:
• Lead the development and stakeholder buy in to the vision and strategy to use digital technologies across the supply chain
• Act as the inspiring leader and champion of digital innovation within the supply chain staying abreast of industry developments, to develop the next generation of tools and technologies
• Lead recruitment, integration and ongoing relationship with IT&S of agencies and partners to service supply chain digital needs
• Act as the ‘go to’ digital expert for hub supply chains and build capabilities to ensure digital is established as a fundamental part of the way we operate in the supply chain
• Work with global and hub supply chain teams to identify demand for digital innovation and provide the capability and support for rapid development and deployment of pilots / minimum viable products (MVP)
• Act as the SPA to ensure that digital solutions are designed and built for rapid scale-up
• Determine annual budget of revex / capex to enable improvements
• Manage portfolio process of opportunities and facility prioritization with GSCLT and IT&S. • Support and lead agile teams as the need arisesEducation:Graduate in Business, Economics, STEM or equivalent/ relevant digital accreditationPrior leadership roles with a high level of responsibility10+ years of experience in product management, with a consistent track record of delivering successful productsSummary of decision rights:Recommend and Agree for development and deployment of digital technologies in the GSCDecide for digital designs and tools suitable for global scale upRecommend and agree rights for funding of digital tools and technologies in the GSC budgetBusiness focused: Track record and experience in development and deployment of digital tools to drive commercial benefit in logistics, manufacturing and supply chain environments.
