**Finance Manager GS**
Description:
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a finance manager to provide financial leadership for Global Service (GS) strategic projects, to be based in Bogotá, Colombia.

**Role & Responsibilities:**
The GS finance manager will provide overall financial support to transformational projects and to the GSF Leadership team. The project duration role will lead key financial discussions, provide financial updates, status and recommendations for decision making and drive value to the GSF. The role is expected to have broad business knowledge to understand financial implications from business decisions. It is also required to collaborate with business leaders from other enterprise functions to establish financial flows and ensure financial reporting. The role has high exposure to senior GS leaders, project leaders, cross functional business leaders, and manages a global team. Core responsibilities include:
+ Lead financial management of Global projects. Scope includes financial data collection, validation and evaluations, and financial reviews with senior leaders. Global projects are large scale, 3-4 years projects. It will require strong financial business acumen to be able to connect with multiple internal and external sources such as internal Finance, IT, HR, external consultants, and Implementation partners. The role has high exposure to senior management, requires high influence skills and presentation skills.
+ Lead tracking and financial reporting for GS project. This includes tracking project spend, headcount movements, savings and all reporting and coordination with the overall project team, external consultants, and global finance team.
+ Financial support and partnering across GSF areas and leaders, and as well provide ad hoc collaboration depending on business needs
+ This role will manage 2-3 staff at professional levels globally
+ Demonstrate Leadership Imperatives: Connect, Shape, and Deliver while utilizing metric driven insights to drive value towards addressing unmet needs, challenging the status quo, and holding accountable key stakeholders to act with speed and agility.
**Qualifications:**
+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting
+ MBA, financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or another equivalent is preferred
+ A minimum of 5 years of finance or related business experience is required
+ Prior FP&A and relevant systems skills such as SAP / TM1 experience is preferred.
+ Strong Analytical & conceptual skills and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required
+ Experience in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ This role may require up to 10% travel
+ Advance English level
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
